Protecting your private information is our priority. This Statement of Privacy applies to https://dungeonrunnersinc.org, and Dungeon Runners Inc. and governs data collection and usage. For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, unless otherwise noted, all references to Dungeon Runners Inc. include https://dungeonrunnersinc.org and DRI. The DRI website is a community and organization site. By using the DRI website, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.
Collection of your Personal Information
In order to better provide you with products and services offered, DRI may collect personally identifiable information, such as your:
- First and Last Name
- Mailing Address
- E-mail Address
If you purchase DRI's products and services, we collect billing and credit card information. This information is used to complete the purchase transaction.
Please keep in mind that if you directly disclose personally identifiable information or personally sensitive data through DRI's public message boards, this information may be collected and used by others.
We do not collect any personal information about you unless you voluntarily provide it to us. However, you may be required to provide certain personal information to us when you elect to use certain products or services. These may include: (a) registering for an account; (b) entering a sweepstakes or contest sponsored by us or one of our partners; (c) signing up for special offers from selected third parties; (d) sending us an email message; (e) submitting your credit card or other payment information when ordering and purchasing products and services. All such third parties are prohibited from using your personal information except to provide these services to DRI, and they are required to maintain the confidentiality of your information.
DRI may disclose your personal information, without notice, if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (a) conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on DRI or the site; (b) protect and defend the rights or property of DRI; and/or (c) act under exigent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of DRI, or the public.
Automatically Collected Information
Information about your computer hardware and software may be automatically collected by DRI. This information can include: your IP address, browser type, domain names, access times and referring website addresses. This information is used for the operation of the service, to maintain quality of the service, and to provide general statistics regarding use of the DRI website.
PHPBB Forums
Your information is collected via two ways. Firstly, by browsing Dungeon Runners Inc.will cause the phpBB software to create a number of cookies, which are small text files that are downloaded on to your computer’s web browser temporary files. The first two cookies just contain a user identifier (hereinafter “user-id”) and an anonymous session identifier (hereinafter “session-id”), automatically assigned to you by the phpBB software. A third cookie will be created once you have browsed topics within Dungeon Runners Inc.and is used to store which topics have been read, thereby improving your user experience.
We may also create cookies external to the phpBB software whilst browsing Dungeon Runners Inc., though these are outside the scope of this document which is intended to only cover the pages created by the phpBB software. The second way in which we collect your information is by what you submit to us. This can be, and is not limited to: posting as an anonymous user (hereinafter “anonymous posts”), registering on Dungeon Runners Inc.(hereinafter “your account”) and posts submitted by you after registration and whilst logged in (hereinafter “your posts”).
Your account will at a bare minimum contain a uniquely identifiable name (hereinafter “your user name”), a personal password used for logging into your account (hereinafter “your password”) and a personal, valid email address (hereinafter “your email”). Your information for your account at Dungeon Runners Inc. is protected by data-protection laws applicable in the country that hosts us. Any information beyond your user name, your password, and your email address required by Dungeon Runners Inc. during the registration process is either mandatory or optional, at the discretion of Dungeon Runners Inc. In all cases, you have the option of what information in your account is publicly displayed. Furthermore, within your account, you have the option to opt-in or opt-out of automatically generated emails from the phpBB software.
Your password is ciphered (a one-way hash) so that it is secure. However, it is recommended that you do not reuse the same password across a number of different websites. Your password is the means of accessing your account at Dungeon Runners Inc., so please guard it carefully and under no circumstance will anyone affiliated with Dungeon Runners Inc., phpBB or another 3rd party, legitimately ask you for your password. Should you forget your password for your account, you can use the “I forgot my password” feature provided by the phpBB software. This process will ask you to submit your user name and your email, then the phpBB software will generate a new password to reclaim your account.
Use of Cookies
The DRI website may use "cookies" to help you personalize your online experience. A cookie is a text file that is placed on your hard disk by a web page server. Cookies cannot be used to run programs or deliver viruses to your computer. Cookies are uniquely assigned to you, and can only be read by a web server in the domain that issued the cookie to you.

For example, if you personalize DRI pages, or register with DRI site or services, a cookie helps DRI to recall your specific information on subsequent visits. When you return to the same DRI website, the information you previously provided can be retrieved, so you can easily use the DRI features that you customized.

Right to Deletion

Children Under Thirteen

From time to time, DRI may contact you via email for the purpose of providing announcements, promotional offers, alerts, confirmations, surveys, and/or other general communication.
